This license will give you permission to use ALL of my COMMERCIAL USE PRODUCTS (which you will have to purchase separately) to create your own COMMERCIAL USE PRODUCTS with the following restrictions:

Product must be modified not just recoloured ie. added to an element,or used in a template. I own copyright to my graphics thus you may not claim them as your own. But you may have copyright of your own product that you have created with my items thus making it your own. PS Tools (Actions, Styles, Custom Shapes) cannot be resold as is. You may create your own elements with them and then resell them as CU.

This license does not expire. I do hold the right to change the terms of use but only after a year of the purchase and will not apply the changes retroactively.
